1. Quotes

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the property's condition or requested services differ from the original description.

2. First-Time Service

All new recurring clients begin with a Deep Cleaning. Maintenance cleaning is available only after the initial Deep Cleaning has been completed.

3. Access to the Property

The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, cancellation fees may apply.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods:

• E-Transfer

• Cash

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any area we cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.

We'll return to address the issue at no additional cost.

7. Safety

For the safety of our team:

• Aggressive pets must be secured.

• Unsafe working conditions may result in the service being postponed.

• Exterior services may be rescheduled due to severe weather.

8. Exterior Cleaning

Pressure washing, roof cleaning and other exterior services depend on weather conditions.

Aries Cleaning Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary to ensure safe and quality results.

9. Property Condition

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, deteriorated caulking, aged window seals, or surfaces that fail during the cleaning process due to prior wear or neglect.

10. Commercial & Strata Services

Commercial maintenance schedules and service agreements are provided separately when applicable.

11. Privacy

Customer information is used only for scheduling, communication and invoicing. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
